B54BC Board Remover

A fast band saw type board remover that doubles as a tear down band saw

A band saw designed primarily for one man to remove lead boards or any other board from common pallets, the B54BC features a tilting front table and fixed rear table.  The front table supports the weight of the whole pallet and tilts down (by stepping on the pedal) to enable any single board or multiple boards to be cut from the pallet without any damage.  When whole disassembly of a pallet is needed an extra control valve lowers the tilting table to a flat position.  When both tables are flat whole pallets with up to one inch boards may be passed through from back to front by two men or the pallet turning shelf may be removed for one man operation.  Large band wheels and a consistent pressure air band tensioning system ensure that the B54BC band saw will give you superior blade life to reduce your operating cost.

A board conveyor may be added to this saw for use in high volume board removal applications .

Custom configurations of  this saw are available to meet your specific needs as are optional blade speeds.
